Hung Up on You

Hung Up on You is a love letter from me to vintage glamour with a wink of indifference because I did not get a chance to experience the era personally.

Reclining on her bed with a phone in her hand, the girl twirls the cord around her fingers, lost between conversation and contemplation. Dressed in a hot pink fur robe and matching heels, she exudes effortless charm—yet her upward gaze suggests a mind that may already be elsewhere.

The bold, retro square pattern behind her cements the 70s aesthetic, evoking a time when talking on the phone was an event in itself. Hung Up on You playfully balances nostalgia with a touch of modern detachment. It’s a scene frozen in time, leaving the viewer to wonder: is she enamored, or just waiting for a better conversation?
